At least four students have been confirmed dead on
Wednesday following an accident on Federal University Of
Agriculture campus, Maiduguri, Borno State.
Tragedy struck when a campus shuttle rammed into
an on-coming motorcycle causing the death of four
students.
The shuttle bus was said to have had a blowout and
somersaulted, hitting a bike in the process. Two
students allegedly died at the spot, while two others
died at the school’s clinic.
Other injured victims are currently battling for their
lives. The incident led to a massive protest on the
campus and the university has since been shutdown by
the management.
