A 33-year-old South African man has been arraigned before
the Ga-Rankuwa Magistrates’ court for allegedly raping his
neighbour’s pregnant goat on Women’s Day.
According Pretoria North Rekord, the suspect,
Feselani Mcube, was arrested on charges of bestiality.
The owner of the goat, Knowledge Khumalo, said he
heard the goat making strange noises at about 8pm on
the evening in question.
Khumalo said he was shattered to see the raped goat
in such a sad state.
“I felt I should have done something to protect the
goat,” he said. The goat has been taken in by the SPCA
for medical treatment.
